Standby Request

As part of our "Neighbors helping Neighbors" philospohy, Commack Ambulance always strives to help our surrounding departments both near and far by offering standby crews for both district coverage and event coverage. We always try our best to provide a Basic Life Support ambulance, Advanced Life Support Ambulance, or a Bike Team, but we cannot always guarantee that we will be available/able to provide coverage for your event. 

 

Please use the link below to request standby crews from Commack Ambulance. Requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance to allow ample time to process your request and configure crews. 

 

***Submitting a request does not guarantee a stand-by crew will be able to be provided. ***
